Global Bioeconomy Summit 2026

As part of the Ireland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union, Dublin will welcome world’s bioeconomy community. Recognised as the world’s leading international forum on the bioeconomy, the Summit brings together political leaders, policymakers, researchers, industry, investors and civil society from across the globe to accelerate sustainable, bio-based innovation and solutions. 

GBS 2026 will explore how the bioeconomy can drive innovation, economic growth and climate action – from sustainable food systems and bio-based materials to low-carbon industry and rural development.
